Optac NV collects and processes personal data from customers (name, phone number, email address and necessary billing information) for the purpose of

Optac NV collects optional - non-mandatory - data (e.g. interests) from customers in order to send customised newsletters (only after explicit consent from the customer)
In accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of privacy and on the basis of Article 6.1 of the AVG/GDPR legislation, the customer always has the right to inspect his data, as well as the right to have errors corrected or his data removed. Such a request for deletion of data will automatically remove the privileges as a registered customer, which means, among other things, that he no longer can participate in competitions, interactive functionalities, etc..
Optac NV handles personal data with the utmost care. Personal data are treated confidentially and used only for the purposes for which the data are provided by the person in question. The data may be stored in one or more databases and are kept for the period necessary to provide the service (s) requested by the customer. Personal data will not be provided to third parties without the express consent of the person concerned.
